Portland, WA LANGUAGE SKILLS Participants take the Youth Chinese Test for non-native primary and secondary students at Portland State University on March 23. The Confucius Institute at Portland State University organized a Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi test and the Youth Chinese Test and a total of 27 students took part.
