1 Xianning hot springs, Hubei province

In the Song Dynasty, boiling waves of the hot spring were deemed one of the “eight scenes of Xianning”. According to scientific appraisal, the spring water in Xianning contains more than ten kinds of minerals, including sulfate, carbonate, calcium, magnesium, kalium and sodium.

Xianning hot spring is a sulfate and weakly radioactive radon spring. It has obvious curative effects for chronic neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, arthritis, neuritis, rheumatism and many kinds of skin diseases.
