DPRK cheering squad in spotlight
The DPRK is sending an elite, 230-woman cheering squad who may get more attention than some of the athletes.
Cheerleading might become an official Olympic sport in the years ahead. Last year the IOC granted it provisional recognition. It won't be a part of the Olympic Games this year, but cheerleaders from various nations will still perform at the opening and closing ceremonies.
