World photographers turn lens on Hanergy's clean-energy drive
Co-sponsored by Hanergy Thin Film Power Group and China Daily, the Hanergy Sunshine International Photography Initiative is aimed at showcasing the clean-energy company's leading technologies, as well as its efforts to create a better life through the lenses of photographers from around the globe.
The photographers from the China Photographers Association and National Geographic Magazine visited a number of locations across China to see the changes brought by Hanergy Hantile, a thin-film rooftop solar product. These include Lijiang city in Southwest China's Yunnan province; Changde city and Anhua county in Central China's Hunan province; and Qixin Hope Primary School in Yangpotou, Xunyi county, Xianyang city, Northwest China's Shaanxi province.
Founded in 1994, Hanergy, a global leader of thin-film solar power generation, released its first innovative product Hanergy Hantile in July. Nine months later, the company launched the second generation of its flagship product Hantile in Beijing on Sunday.
