AVIC's Cirrus Aircraft delivers 7,000th SR series general plane

BEIJING - Cirrus Aircraft under China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) has delivered its 7,000th SR series general plane, according to AVIC.
This is another achievement for Cirrus Aircraft after its SR series general plane retained its title of having the world's most popular four-to-five seat airplane for sixteen consecutive years, said AVIC.
Cirrus Aircraft is wholly-owned by AVIC General Aircraft Company (AVIC GENERAL), the subsidiary of AVIC which focuses on developing general aviation aircraft.
Founded in 1984, Cirrus Aircraft is among the world's largest producers of piston-powered aircraft. Its products are used in more than 60 countries and regions worldwide.
It has delivered more than 300 airplanes for four consecutive years.
