Kenyan university students begin China summer camp experience
During the first weekend, the students will travel to the nearby Hangzhou Bay New District of Ningbo City in East China's Zhejiang province, where they will visit a Chinese auto-making factory and a textile company to see the entrepreneurship and company culture of one of China's leading economic development areas. Moi University is famous for its textile engineering department.
At the end of the trip, the students will take a high speed train from Shanghai to Beijing. The high speed train operates at an average speed of 300 kilometers per hour, while Kenya's most modern and fastest train travels at 120 kilometers per hour.
Huang said he hopes the Kenyan students can learn more about Chinese traditional culture and the modern ideas behind the economic development.
"I believe the trip will enhance the fondness the Kenya students have for the Chinese people and the Chinese way of development. They will apply the Chinese experience in their future careers, which will benefit their country greatly," Huang said.
