Ten-Course Tasting Menu

To celebrate the grand opening, Chef Milan created the tasting menu for guests to experience an "exciting international gastronomic journey". It features highlights of its à la carte menu and is priced at 288 yuan. The promotion is available from now through Dec 31.

K's Super Salad – Protein packed super salad with rich feta cheese, mixed nuts and quinoa

Yellow Fine Tuna Loin – Yellow tuna loin covered in delicate wasabi mousse and cucumber jelly

Hokkaido Pumpkin Soup – Lemongrass and curry highlights with oatmeal dumplings and roasted seeds

Asia Beef Consommé – Broth infused with plump shiitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and glass noodles

Grilled Salmon Filet – Marinated in coconut-chili foam, paired with vegetables and egg noodles

Grilled Sea Bass – Served in a pineapple-ginger chutney with roasted pumpkin

Corn Fed Chicken Breast – Immersed in red Thai curry sauce followed by daikon-pineapple spring rolls

Grilled Beef Filet – Soaked in truffle and Béarnaise sauce with fresh vegetables

Chocolate Brownies – Moistened in Basmati rice cream, homemade raspberry sorbet and pecans

Fruit Plate – Ripe and juicy seasonal fruits freshly served
