Sichuan cuisine master chef Li Mingjing is visiting Qi at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street, to bring a six-course menu and A-La-Carte menu for the capital's food fans to enjoy between Nov 10 and 18. Created in cooperation with Liang Zhikun, the executive chef of Qi, the menu presents the essence of Sichuan cuisine in a Westernized way with a small touch of Cantonese cuisine added in. From traditional steamed chicken with chili sauce to the classic steamed Chinese cabbage in supreme soup, Li is taking his diners on a journey to excite the imagination-and the taste buds-with his Sichuan flavors.
