WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 -- A hospital in the US state of Ohio was on lockdown after a "Code Silver" alert was sent on Tuesday afternoon indicating that "a potential active shooter" with a firearm was inside the hospital, authorities said.
"Take immediate action to protect yourselves and others," said the alert sent to hospital staff.
