Seafood bound for Beijing

Singaporean chefs Ken Ling and David Liew will stage a Singaporean food festival featuring seafood in Beijing this month. They'll bring their signature dish, Spicy Crab with Secret Sauce, among other offerings from Singapore. Minced-pork noodles with seafood is another classic dish that combines meat, seafood, special sauce and other ingredients. Golden Garlic with Seafood and the Thai-style Shrimp-Pie Burger are also must-tries.
