UK to show green innovation at 2019 Beijing Expo

From April 29 to Oct 7, the UK will deliver a program of events on agri-tech, clean energy, green finance and future cities to showcase the UK’s strengths in technological innovation to improve sustainability.
The importance of protecting the natural environment has been a recurring theme for the UK’s award-winning pavilions at world expos, including Thomas Heatherwick’s “Seed Cathedral” at the 2010 Shanghai Expo.
The UK has a world-renowned reputation in garden design and botany, with internationally recognized attractions such as the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and Royal Horticultural Society Gardens and shows.
