Asiimwe Herman, 33, is a Ugandan by nationality and a Muganda by tribe. He was one of the top 10 excellent overseas employees of China Communications Construction Company.
In an appreciation letter to the company, his aunt said the Entebbe expressway project has brought a lot of changes in Uganda and made youth and adults learn many skills and much about technology.
