Tom Reichert, senior partner and managing director of Boston Consulting Group, said there are six key technologies changing the way people work: AI, the internet of things, augmented reality/ spatial computing, highly personalized experiences, machine-assisted operations, and bionic companies – agile and data-driven.

Reichert emphasized that to unlock the value of digital transformation in enterprises, there are also six keys: focus on solving core business issues; find lighthouses in your company; scale technologies throughout; transform the organization and people; develop rich ecosystems; and stay committed and invest.
