Huawei CEO addresses US ban, 5G and users' rights

US scales back restrictions on Huawei

The US Commerce Department will allow Huawei Technologies Co Ltd to purchase American-made goods in order to maintain existing networks and provide software updates to existing Huawei handsets.

The roll back is in effect for 90 days.
