Chinese property developer launches 2020 strategy
Beijing Capital Land, a Hong Kong-listed property developer, on Wednesday launched its 2020 strategy, which the company said aims to offer customers quality products and contribute to a comprehensive housing solution.
"We will take great efforts to further improve our products' quality, especially in details. For instance, leakage, a common problem in the housing industry, will not be allowed in our products. And we set up 52 regulations and management rules to get rid of the possibility of leakage, a frequent problem against the backdrop of high turnover by property developers," said Zhong Beichen, Beijing Capital Land president.
Beijing Capital Land plans to establish five professional labs and develop 100 architecture patents as part of the 2020 strategy, and the company will also build a more comprehensive customer service system.
According to Lin Zhiyong, general manager of the company's customer development center, Beijing Capital Land launched a package of customer service promises, including extending the product quality guarantee period to five years and a guarantee to respond customers queries within 24 hours.
Beijing Capital Land in 2018 delivered 9,471 housing units into the market, with a floor space of 1.46 million square meters. The company has expanded into more than 30 cities in China, as well as Australia and France.
