Yoga Lin to perform in Qingdao, Nanjing and Changsha as part of China tour
Yoga Lin gave a show in Beijing recently as part of his Idol World Tour, which he launched in 2018 at the Taipei Arena, to mark a decade in the music business.
For the Idol World Tour, Lin, 31, is music director. And he has rearranged his hits and worked with multimedia artists to design the visual images.
After Beijing, Lin will tour other Chinese cities, including Qingdao, in Shandong province; Nanjing, in Jiangsu province and Changsha, in Hunan province, till the end of August. And besides China, he will go to Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney in September.
Lin, who was born in Pingtung, Taiwan, joined a rock band while in high school and performed in local pubs before launching his career as a singer.
He took his first steps to stardom by winning the first season of the One Million Star competition in 2007, a popular reality TV singing contest in Taiwan.
So far, he has released five full-length studio albums, including Fiction and Perfect Life, both nominated for awards at the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards.
