In China, the Japanese carmaker sold 718,268 vehicles in the first six months of 2019, down 0.3 percent year-on-year, and completed 44.89 percent of its annual sales target.
Sales from its Chinese ventures Dongfeng-Nissan and Dongfeng-Nissan-Venucia reached 532,105 vehicles and 60,205 vehicles respectively.
Moreover, light commercial vehicle sales hit 108,970 units, up 11.1 percent year-on-year.
