Anti-mask law recognized as 'important step in the right direction'

Grenville Cross, Hong Kong's former director of public prosecutions, described the anti-mask law as "an important step in the right direction" in deterring people from indulging in wanton criminality on the city's streets.
He told China Daily that the Chief Executive-in-Council was doing exactly the right thing in showing that the forces of law and order bear zero tolerance for violence.
