Hello everyone! I'm Wu Jingjun from China Prospect Education Group. I am honored to be here and share my views with you.

Last year, I attended the Yanqi Lake Entrepreneur Forum. I was deeply inspired and touched by so many excellent entrepreneurs sharing their development strategies and thousands of entrepreneurs learning together. I began to learn Chinese culture from the teachers of the ZS Institute. After the lessons, I knew it's the best course I had ever taken. Unfortunately, I started to learn the course too late. In fact, Mrs. Zhiying recommended me the course as early as 2016.

However, I felt that I had already participated in a lot of training and learning programs and spent several million yuan on course fees. Plus, I was too busy with my work, and could hardly take more than 10 days out to study, so I delayed it by more than two years. Later, I told my colleagues that I began learning late as I was busy with my work, and felt like I had abandoned 10,000 mu of melon garden to harvest just a few sesame seeds. I still deeply regret wasting my time and abandoning 10,000 mu of heartland!

Now I spend almost half of my time on learning and growth. In the past two months, I have come to the institute as a volunteer, and my company has developed better than before, with team cohesiveness and competitiveness increasing several times. I am constantly inspired and awakened by the standard of the institute.

In the last two months, I have had close contact with teachers and volunteers of the institute, who have greatly inspired me and shown me that there is such a group of people in the world that selflessly and tirelessly serve enterprises and people for the sake of the country and society without complaints or regrets and without seeking fame or profit.

The course seems to be simple at first but turns out to be so profound after in-depth study, seems to be rough at first but turns out to be so refined after careful study and seems to be shallow at first but turns out to be boundless after deep exploration. After learning, discovering myself and purifying my soul in class, I was deeply touched by the noble souls of ancient sages, such as Mr. Wang Yangming. I wrote a poem that I would like to share with you:

A thin plume of smoke rises with boundless love and sorrow;
The melodious sound of the piano contains the sorrows of a scholar shouldering the Ming Dynasty;
The deep eyes hide his deep concern about the destiny of the country and the people;
Every teardrop implies parents' deep love for their children;
The sound of reading spreads the philosophy that has been lasting for thousands of years;
The bright moon reflects the pure bright heart;
Under the clear sky, I swear I will devote my life to the cause of education;
Under the bright sun, I will spare no effort to create a bright future for millions of students!

I believe everyone comes to this world with a mission in life. As Mr. Tao Xingzhi said, everyone has an important mission in life. I think my mission in life is education! During more than 10 years of working in the education sector, I've got the opportunity to deeply communicate with many college students.

I know many students today are deeply confused and puzzled, don't have goals or directions and carry a feeling of powerlessness and helplessness. Some students say that the four years of college is like Lu Xun's four books: confusion in the freshman year, hesitation in the sophomore year, screaming in the junior year and regret for the past in the senior year.

After communicating with many parents, I know the children are powerless and the parents are helpless. Many parents don't know how to communicate with their children and how to correctly guide their children. For some children addicted to the internet, their parents are helpless, and even spend their days in tears.

After communicating with entrepreneurs, I also know that many entrepreneurs feel it is difficult to recruit employees who possess excellent character and a thirst of learning and have both political integrity and professional competence, who are trustworthy, who are able to share wealth and woe and be on the same track with enterprises. On the one hand, it is difficult for students to find jobs; on the other hand, it is difficult for enterprises to recruit people.

It reminds me of my own confusion and puzzlement when I stood at the crossroads of my life after graduating from college more than 10 years ago. In the past decade, I have taken too many detours. If someone had guided me and told me at that time that the great secret of life is that I have endless treasure in my heart, the great truth of life is the action and reaction of behaviors, the significant strategy of life is to build spiritual quality, and the great value of life is to help others successfully build spiritual quality, I would not have taken so many detours but made immeasurable achievements in my life!

My company's name is China Prospect Education, implying the future of education in China when it was named. I will make the company worthy of its name, really shaping the future of education in China. We have also redefined our corporate mission, which is to make every young person seeking our guidance a future star!

I hope I can hold up a piece of sky for college students so that they will not feel lost in the future. I also hope that my individual official account can become a spiritual home of college students and a lighthouse guiding their way of life. I am determined to help millions of students build spiritual quality and achieve a successful life! I swear I will devote my life to the future of education in China!
