Bazaar Jewelry opens 'Neo-Chinese' style exhibition in Beijing
On Dec 12 fashion magazine Bazaar Jewelry opened an exhibition displaying works of outstanding designers from home and abroad in Beijing.
With the theme of 'Neo-Chinese Style', the exhibition aims to present traditional Chinese culture and highlight the role jewelry plays in a chic lifestyle.
"Eleven years after its launch, Bazaar Jewelry adheres to its original intention and deeply develops the industry. It spares no effort to build a high-quality platform for international and domestic designers, and has established a deep friendship with outstanding independent designers at home and abroad to help Chinese jewelry designers in the world. Also, it provides excellent overseas jewelry designers with a chance to get up close to traditional Chinese culture," said Jing Jing, the executive publisher and editor-in-chief of the magazine.
"The four consecutive Bazaar Jewelry exhibitions are interactive and experiential jewelry exhibitions that we have always adhered to, small and beautiful, exquisite and interesting, and exclusive 'Bazaar Jewelry' style. We hope that every guest can enjoy the charm of new design and new fashion jewelry in new era," Jing added.
To create a new style of jewelry exhibition with a strong force of experience, so that guests can feel the charm of traditional craftsmanship at close range, Bazaar Jewelry specially invited craftsman to set up a handmade enamel experience workshop to show the secrets of intangible cultural heritage. Local high-end fashion brands also participated the event. Lan Yu brought Suzhou embroidery works and Wenee introduced haute couture dresses to show the quality of lifestyle, which involves jewelry in all aspects.
