'Frozen 2' exhibition held in China World Mall
An exhibition of Frozen 2, a sequel to the 2013 Disney animated blockbuster Frozen, opened at China World Mall in Beijing and will run through Jan 3.
Elsa, a queen with icy powers, and her warmhearted sister Anna showed up at the exhibition under the theme song Into the Unknown on Dec 22, meeting their Chinese fans.
The exhibition, themed on searching for dreams and looking for the truth, was jointly organized by the China World Trade Center and The Walt Disney Company (China).
Mao Qiang, China's north area manager for Disney, said after six years, both Elsa and Anna are taking fans on a new adventure in the second film.
Hitting mainland theaters on Nov 22, the film has grossed about 806 million yuan ($115 million) in China's film market.
The exhibition includes five sections with different displays and interactions of Frozen 2, as well as other related events such as reading clubs, photo shoots and parent-child yoga.
