Crispy Chicken with Caviar
Shapely, smooth, crispy and tender, this is a dish that tantalizes your taste buds with an unspeakable delight of crunchiness. Marinated in the fragrant “Five Spices Powder” (a secret recipe created by the chef) to allow the meat to absorb the powder’s flavors, the chicken is then air dried. Next, the meat is slathered with crispy sauce before slow roasting it in a kiln until the skin of the chicken turns golden. Finally, the crispy chicken is topped with caviar for exquisite taste.
