"I feel that to excel in one thing, keeping passionate about it is crucial," said Nurali, a pastry chef from Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region who is also a music lover. Two years' experiences made him a master baker and a team leader. He regularly performs at local bars. "I want to pursue the life I want when I am still young," he said.
