International audio exhibition held in Beijing
For movie aficionados looking to update their home cinemas, an event offered them an opportunity to see in person some of the world's best audio systems during the 2020 Beijing International Audio Exhibition.
Simultaneously held with the launch of the Beijing Music Industrial Park, a base built to boost the Chinese capital's music industry, the exhibition took place from Oct 9-11 in Heizhuanghu area in Chaoyang district.
A dozen of artists and musicians, including songwriter-singer Chang Shilei and singer Han Lei, performed at the event.
Set in an area covering 12,000 square meters, the exhibition drew more than 100 audio brands from home and abroad, and several established bands – including Monkey Legion and Panda Eyes –held live shows for visitors.
Transformed from around 12 old factories, the Beijing Music Industrial Park consists of five sectors ranging from nurturing talent to producing music works in area spread over 3.07 square kilometers.
