Beijing to share tips on restarting tourism at global fair
Beijing will share its experiences in fighting the pandemic and restarting tourism at the ITB Berlin, which kicked off on March 9.
Pang Wei, deputy director-general of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, will deliver a keynote speech on March 11.
The fair held online this year includes the opening ceremony, keynote speeches and special forums. It aims at presenting the latest development, innovative strategies in view of a globalized world. The Beijing-based World Tourism Cities Federation is co-hosting the fair's ITB Convention for the fifth consecutive time.
WTCF will present its latest World Tourism Economy Trends Report 2021 at the fair.
Every year, the fair attracts 850 top buyers, 10,000 exhibitors and thousands of visitors from around the word.
