Historical building in Shanghai hosts new Dior show
When many luxury brands are looking for an alternative digital approach to carry on with their big fashion events, Dior is staging its “Villa Dior,” a special Spring VIP exhibition, at BAIwork on 133 Sichuan Middle Road, which will run until Saturday.
The exhibition shows off the heritage and craftsmanship of the French luxury brand with more than 390 artworks in their world premiere of the “Rose Dior” collection, including watches and fine jewelry to honor the symbol of femininity and beauty. There are also exceptional pieces of gowns, bags, and accessories of the Dior Spring-Summer 2021 Haute Couture Collection, inspired by tarot cards.
The property on 133 Sichuan Middle Road is a Shanghai Outstanding Historical Building renovated by Shanghai Bailian Asset Holding Co under the leadership of CEO Cheng Dali.
"BLAH seizes the historic opportunity, carries the important mission of becoming bigger and stronger in the commercial real estate field," Cheng Dali said.
Cheng Dali added, "The cooperation with Dior is a brand-new attempt to transform, not only in the entire industry chain of real estate but also for the asset management capabilities of BLAH, from capital to development, from branding to operation and promotion, which accelerate the development of BLAH asset securitization, so as to achieve leapfrog development."
"BLAH adheres to vision and concept of globalization, empowers a professional team with a pioneering spirit, and deeply cooperates with international brands and merchants. It lays a solid foundation for BLAH to enter the global market," said Cheng Dali.
