Panda Selected launches new catering development strategy
Panda Selected, a shared-kitchen provider, launched their new catering development strategy in Beijing on Saturday.
According to Li Haipeng, founder of Panda Selected, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the development of the shared-kitchen business as customers' demands for takeaway food are increasing.
Panda Selected is planning on helping catering brands not only with shared-kitchen needs, but also in many fields including research and development of new products, packaging, supply chain and online platform operations.
"We have collaborated with nearly 100 chain brands focusing on many specific dishes including steamed rice noodle rolls, tacos and stirred yogurt," Li said. "In the next five years, we are helping more catering brands and aiming to open 10,000 stores."
