Removal of Chinese firms from major US indexes is their own loss: FM

Major US indexes, such as the S&P, Dow Jones Indices and FTSE Russell, decided to remove more Chinese companies from their indices after an updated US executive order will only reduce their authority and representativeness, a move that will be their own loss, said Wang Wenbin, spokesman of the Foreign Ministry, at a news briefing on Friday.
