Wolfgang's Steakhouse announces jazz night and menu

The Huamao branch of Wolfgang's Steakhouse has launched a jazz night every Friday and Saturday starting July 30.
Young jazz singer Liu Lilith performs with a band for Beijing diners in the summer.
A set menu has been created to pair with the music, and includes sizzling extra thick bacon, Wolfgang's crab cake, its signature prime Angus dry aged porterhouse steak as well as its popular New York cheesecake.
All steaks are shipped from the United States and selected by professionals in New York. The beef is dry-aged for around 28 days in a special room in the restaurant.
