He returned to his village and introduced young residents to the emerging food delivery industry and offered various posts to them. For those who came from poverty-stricken families, he carried out targeted aid policies, providing free accommodations, free work vehicles and free equipment.
Increasing numbers of young residents have been attracted to his team, and some have achieved a monthly income of over 6,000 yuan ($890).
"I hope to recruit more excellent young people and double the number of team members," he said. "As a new form of employment, I believe the platform provides good opportunities."
The company will continue to provide good service to both shops and customers, he said. "I hope to lead more local residents to get rich and contribute to rural revitalization."
