Lu, on behalf of the Chinese Embassy in France, extended festive greetings to all guests. “We believe culture is always the strongest bond to bring people and nations together. Only by deepening exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations will we be able to facilitate the settlement of disagreements among countries and rise to global challenges together,” he said at the event.
