To celebrate the Year of the Rabbit, the Shaanxi History Museum offered various activities for visitors during the recent Spring Festival holiday, including a public education program for children, where they could look for hidden rabbits and paint clay rabbits. The museum also rolled out a cross-year original exhibition, with the theme of "collision and aggregation between early civilizations in China", and educational activities such as "celebrating Spring Festival at the Shaanxi History Museum", and a book-exchange activity.

The increased visitor flow since the first day of Spring Festival, compared to the past few years, reignited the passion of the museum staff, who were eager to provide the best exhibitions and services to their guests.

The director of the museum's visitor service department, Zhang Jing, says that each department held morning meetings to review their requirements for Spring Festival, and the museum was thoroughly disinfected to ensure the safety of visitors and exhibits. Guides Zhang Nan and Gao Qi were also busy, providing tours of the museum throughout the day.

Educator Zhang Xingyue started the first lesson of the new year with a quiz, introducing the origin and customs of Spring Festival and the significance of rabbits in Chinese culture to students. Jie Yize, a volunteer dubbed as the "king of children", says that there were fun, interactive activities such as paper quilling and tile rubbing on the second and third days of Lunar New Year, allowing children to experience and learn about the depth of Chinese culture in a joyful and creative manner.

The educational activities of the museum have been offered for years, providing a variety of programs to help adolescents learn historical knowledge and how to appreciate Chinese culture in an enjoyable way.
