Exhibits such as Sword Watching, which was painted by Ren Bonian, a great Shanghai school master artist, are on display.
Ren's large scroll has been secretly hidden in the museum for decades. The bright and elegant colors as well as the vivid figures in the painting attract many visitors.
An interactive experience space and an aesthetic education mini-classroom were also set up for visitors to enjoy and learn more about Shanghai School paintings.
