The Global Youth Publishing Fellowship program kicked off at the China National Publications Import and Export (Group) Co., Ltd. (CNPIEC) headquarters in Beijing with an opening ceremony on June 13.

Taking full advantage of the international platform provided by the Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF), the program focuses on "China in Literature." The program has recruited young publishing professionals and editors with experience and development potential from eight countries, including the United Kingdom, Austria, Hungary, Turkey, Poland, Uzbekistan, Iran and South Korea.

Over the course of seven days, the program will facilitate exchanges within the publishing industry and foster literary dialogue, with the ultimate goal of deepening international cooperation in publishing and promoting the translation and global dissemination of Chinese books and content.
