The first China Green Computing Power Conference opened in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on July 2, aiming to promote sustainable computing practices and innovative technologies.

The conference attracted many attendees, including experts, industry leaders, think tanks, and government officials.

With a focus on the latest trends in green computing power development, this conference aims to create a platform to showcase the achievements of green computing power, adding momentum to Hohhot's leading role in China's strategic project that will channel computing resources from the east to the west.

The conference saw the release of the 2023 China Green Computing Power Development Research Report and the Horinger Green Computing Power Index Research Report.

The Horinger Green Computing Power Development Research Center, China Mobile Hohhot Green Smart Computing Center, and Unicom (Inner Mongolia) Industrial Internet Co were unveiled during the conference.

Additionally, 12 key projects in the digital economy sector were signed.

Key reports were presented, highlighting the latest advancements and research in green computing. These reports covered sustainable data center design, energy-efficient algorithms, and the role of artificial intelligence in promoting green computing.
