The themed ceremony of the Fourth Lushan International Romance Film Week kicked off in Guling Street Central Park on Tuesday, coinciding with Qixi, China's equivalent of Valentine's Day.

With the use of light and shadow, the festival showcased moments from classic love films.

Under flickering lights and shadows, selected guests presented love letters written by famous domestic and foreign film artists that expressed a love that transcends time, space and culture.

Many celebrities from the film industry, including Feng Xiaogang, Max Zhang and Ada Choi Siu Fun, Wong Cho Lam and Li Yanan, Wang Zhonglei, Zhang Kaili, Ono Lisa, Irene Wan and some members of the creative team of the movie "Creation of the Gods I", appeared in glamorous attire and walked along "Love Avenue", interacting with the audience.
