The first imported exhibits for the 6th China International Import Expo arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on Sept 21. After a rapid inspection, the exhibits were swiftly cleared through customs.

The exhibit is the Michelin tire made from sustainable materials, including natural rubber, recycled carbon and steel, as well as extracts from orange peels, lemon peels, rosin, and sunflower seed oil.

The 6th CIIE will be held from Nov 5 to 10. With less than 50 days to go, nearly 3,000 companies have already signed up.
