The Yellow River, renowned as China's "mother river", is the second-longest river in China. It flows through nine cities and 25 counties in East China's Shandong province before reaching the Bohai Sea.

The 79.1-meter-high Huanghe Tower, also known as the Yellow River Tower, in the Puhu Lake Scenic Area of Binzhou, Shandong province, has become a popular landmark in the city since its opening last year, having hosted over 100 events and welcomed more than 300,000 visitors.

The tower offers visitors a captivating journey through the history, geography, culture, and traditions of the Yellow River basin in Binzhou with immersive and interactive exhibits, enabling tourists to gain a deep understanding of Yellow River culture.

A diverse range of cultural experiences, including traditional opera, folk activities, Shandong specialties, and local intangible cultural heritage projects, can be enjoyed during the visit.

The tower has now become a shining example of Binzhou's cultural brand, making it a must-visit destination for those who wish to witness the rich culture and heritage of the Yellow River.
