Beijing and Mastercard unveil priceless project to elevate tourist experiences

The Beijing Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau has teamed up with Mastercard to introduce the innovative Priceless Beijing initiative, aimed at enhancing the spending experience for inbound tourists starting on Wednesday. This collaboration marks the third partnership between the two entities, building on a legacy of successful joint efforts dating back to 2012.

Director-General Yang Shuo of the bureau underscores the city's commitment to bolstering inbound tourism, emphasizing the implementation of strategic measures to elevate international visitor services. The fusion of culture, tourism, and finance in this initiative is poised to propel Beijing's evolution into a premier global tourist destination and a hub of international consumption, aligning with the populace's pursuit of an enriched quality of life.

Raja Rajamannar, chief marketing and communications officer at Mastercard, expresses the company's dedication to fostering connections across regions, individuals, and traditions through a lens of modernity. The launch of the Mastercard Priceless Beijing project signifies a fresh chapter in showcasing Mastercard's signature experiences against the vibrant backdrop of the city.
