Expert says institutional reforms to steer growth of new quality productive forces

Li Daokui, director of Tsinghua University's Academic Center for Chinese Economic Practice and Thinking, told #ChinaPerspectives that the resolution calling for deepening of reform and opening-up, put forth by the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, will pave the way for institutional reforms to support the advancement of new quality productive forces.
