Critics who claim that China's support is a "debt trap" are those who have failed to recognize their failures.
They are now sour-graping about the relations between China and Africa, because China has always been with Africa while the West has been absent from Africa's modernization, said Ugandan Foreign Minister Odongo Jeje Abubakher.
