"It's great that this service point is built right at our doorstep. I don't have to leave the village to solve my temporary electricity problem. It's incredibly convenient," said a villager from Longhui village, Dawukou district, Shizuishan city, excitedly on September 14, after experiencing the "joint construction of village and grid" power convenience service.

Rural revitalization begins with electricity. As the rural economy rapidly develops and villagers' living standards continuously improve, the electricity demand is also escalating. To further advance the joint construction of village networks and enhance community and village power grid services, the State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company actively implements the rural revitalization strategy and explores the "joint construction of village networks" service model. In eligible villages, "electricity stations" or "electricity convenience service points" are established, with district managers and village cadres serving as grid managers and liaison officers, respectively. They utilize online groups to provide villagers with services such as electricity consultation, business expansion and installation, inspection and maintenance, and emergency repair, allowing rural residents to truly experience "zero-distance" electricity convenience services.

"Let data do more of the work, reducing the need for citizens to run errands." Since the inception of the "Village Network Co-construction" convenience service, the State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company has consistently enhanced the essence of grid services. They have appointed grid managers as power liaisons for the Village Network Co-construction, established a "one-to-one" liaison mechanism, and promptly grasped the power consumption needs of the public. Simultaneously, leveraging village information dissemination channels, they rely on information disclosure boards and WeChat groups in each village to uniformly disseminate information on power services, power outages, emergency repairs, etc., swiftly addressing citizens' electricity needs through a combination of "online and offline" methods. Online, they have established an efficient rural power service network, guiding users to utilize the "Online State Grid" app, and collaborating on power grid planning, energy conservation publicity, and other tasks. Offline, they proactively respond to citizens' demands, promptly collecting their opinions, transforming "uncertainty" into "precise control", and converting "unilateral demands" into "mutual consultation".

Up to now, the State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company has issued over 500 convenience service cards, printed more than 100 service phone numbers for district managers, and displayed them on information bulletin boards in places like metering boxes, village communities, and towns. The "joint construction of village network" has bridged the "last hundred meters" of service to the masses, effectively addressing issues such as villagers having to travel long distances for electricity services.

Next, the State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company will innovate its service methods, enrich the essence of "joint construction of village networks", enhance the front-end response capability of power supply services, and effectively deliver services to the doorstep and hearts of the people, so that the people have more satisfaction and a sense of gain, and continue to empower rural revitalization.
