On Monday, employees from State Grid Anyang Power Supply Company visited Dayun village in Henan province to teach the local farmers in the field how to protect the electrical facilities and use electricity safely during the autumn harvest season.

Considering the electricity usage patterns during the previous autumn harvest seasons, the company monitored changes in substation loads and adjusted the distribution substation loads accordingly based on the actual electricity usage in each village. Staff members also inspected the potential hazards to enhance the reliability of the power supply and the safety of the lines and equipment.

Furthermore, the company increased the frequency of patrols of transmission and distribution lines and agricultural equipment and organized staff to visit other autumn harvest sites.

The staff members have been promoting electricity laws, regulations and safe electricity usage by distributing leaflets and posting slogans. Currently, the company is making efforts to provide high-quality and efficient power supply services to farmers in the region.
