State Grid Jinchang Power Supply Company: Actions drive the green and low-carbon transformation of energy
Recently, the State Grid Jinchang Power Supply Company actively conducted on-site research for the pilot projects of "Action Mu Guang" and "Action Yu Feng" in collaboration with the Jinchang City Development and Reform Commission. Additionally, they assisted in advancing the preparation of the pilot construction plan for the "Action Yu Feng" project in Jinchuan district, Jinchang city.
To implement the national strategies of the "Muguang Action for Thousands of Families" and the "Yufeng Action for Thousands of Villages", and to promote the local development and utilization of distributed energy resources tailored to local conditions, we aim to innovate development and utilization scenarios, investment and construction models, and revenue sharing mechanisms. Jinchang Company, sensing the opportunity, actively collaborated with the Jinchang Development and Reform Commission to expedite the formulation of the overall system integration plan. We are fully committed to advancing the "Muguang Yufeng" initiative, thereby enhancing the city's energy sustainability. We will continue to enhance grid connection services, operational monitoring, control and regulation, as well as operation and maintenance management for distributed power generation. We strive to ensure efficient management of pilot projects, actively ensuring their safety and compliance, and timely operation. Our goal is to promote the "Thousands of Families Enjoying the Sunshine and Driving the Wind" initiative in Jinchang with utmost quality.
After conducting research, on-site inspections and soliciting opinions, the pilot projects of the "Yufeng Action in Thousands of Villages and Townships" and the "Muguang in Thousands of Households" in Jinchuan district, Jinchang city, plan to establish a 40 MW distributed wind power generation project in Xiashifen village, Ningyuanbao town, and Longyuan village, Shuangwan town. Additionally, a 10.4 MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project is proposed to be constructed in the standardized factory buildings of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Incubation Base in Jinchuan district and the breeding community in Gucheng village, Shuangwan town. Upon completion, these projects will annually provide 91.62 million kWh of clean electricity to the power grid, significantly contributing to alleviating rural power shortages, increasing farmers' income and promoting rural revitalization.
The company has strengthened the "Muguang Yufeng Action" new energy grid connection service and network-related safety management, timely tracked the supporting policies of the national, provincial, and municipal governments, and effectively conducted project communication, coordination, and preliminary work. We are committed to thoroughly implement the new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation", anchoring the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and steadily promote the "Yufeng Action for Thousands of Villages and Townships" and the "Muguang Action for Thousands of Households". This will facilitate the local and nearby development and utilization of photovoltaic and wind power in rural areas. We are innovating development and utilization scenarios, investment and construction models, as well as income sharing mechanisms. Our goal is to promote photovoltaic and wind power as new carriers of the rural energy revolution and new driving forces for rural revitalization, providing strong support for the green and low-carbon transformation of rural energy, as well as the construction of livable, business-friendly and beautiful villages.
Up until now, the company has submitted a letter to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission from the State Grid Jinchang Power Supply Company, requesting for the urgent implementation of a study on the access scheme for distributed new energy projects related to the "Muguang Action for Thousands of Households" and "Yufeng Action for Thousands of Villages and Townships" in Gansu province. This submission aligns with the spirit of the notice from the Gansu Provincial Energy Bureau, Gansu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company regarding the pilot implementation of these initiatives.
