Ghanaian Chinese teacher pursues further education in China

Having taught Chinese at the University of Ghana, Michael Oduro is now a master's student at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). He plans to undertake a PhD in China, and then return to his homeland to teach Chinese.
Oduro wants to share with his students in Ghana not only the Chinese language, but also China's cuisine, poetry and traditional culture.
In the near future, he hopes there will be more cultural exchanges between China and Africa that allow Chinese people to gain a proper insight into the continent.
