Lululemon CIIE debut offers yoga experience
Athletic apparel brand Lululemon made its debut at the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE), offering a yoga experience on Friday at the venue that drew over 150 sports enthusiasts and exhibitors to participate.
"As Lululemon makes its debut at the CIIE, we aim to take this opportunity to introduce the origins of the brand to our various partners. Therefore, not only have we carefully designed this booth with yoga mats as our inspiration, but we have also collaborated with three ambassadors to host this special yoga event. We hope to bring a moment of physical and mental relaxation to everyone amidst the busy expo schedule, allowing them to experience the 'wellbeing' philosophy advocated by Lululemon," said Lynn Cheah, senior vice-president of brand marketing at Lululemon China.
"We appreciate the support from the expo bureau and the guidance of the brand ambassadors, making this event a memorable moment in the history of CIIE," she added.
Inspired by the shape of an "unrolled yoga mat", the 300-square-meter booth breathes life into Lululemon through six distinct areas, including: About Lululemon, Classic Styles, Jackets & Outerwear Wall, Main Products, Lululemon in China and the Wellbeing Space.
For the brand's debut at CIIE, it exhibited its iconic Boogie pant from the archive, which is the company's first full-length yoga pant launched in 1999.
Core products such as Align?, Fast & Free and Wunder Train designed for women's yoga, running and training, as well as women's tennis products are also displayed at the booth.
