Recently, this good news was announced by the staff members of Jianmin community in Dawukou district, Shizuishan city in the community grid group.

On Nov 18, the first self-service terminal for grid business handling of the State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company made its debut in Jianmin community, Dawukou district. This self-service terminal is an intelligent terminal that integrates functions for handling power-related businesses such as payment, invoice printing, inquiries, new installations, name changes, and ownership transfers, aiming to meet customers' demands for convenient and efficient services. This terminal can not only automate the processing of traditional businesses but also provide a more intelligent service experience.
