The Opportunity China Vitality Shandong International Photo Festival – 100 International Photography Masters Visiting the Land of Qilu started on Dec 3 in Jinan, Shandong province. This 10-month long international photography event is expected to put Shandong's beauty and vitality on display.

Over 20 renowned photographers from the International Federation of Photographic Art representing Bulgaria, China, Egypt, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Spain, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom recently arrived in Jinan for this prestigious event.

These talented photographers will embark on a 10-day field trip to capture the essence of Shandong. They will travel to Jinan, Zibo, Jining, and Tai'an for the local culture and to explore the cities' unique characteristics. From bustling urban centers to tranquil rural villages, the photographers will document Shandong's social development, urban landscape, rural construction, traditional culture, daily life, and natural beauty.

On Dec 3, the photographers started their journey by visiting several iconic landmarks in Jinan, capital of Shandong province, including the Xiaoguanghan Cinema Museum, Baihuazhou Historical and Cultural Block, and Qushui Pavilion. These visits provided the photographers with a glimpse into the rich history and culture of Shandong.

Over the next 10 days, the photographers will continue to explore Shandong and create stunning visual narratives that show the province's unique charm and diversity.
