In order to provide reliable power supply in winter, on Dec 13 the State Grid Anyang Power Supply Company in Henan province organized staff members to the village of Hanzhuang in Tangyin county for safe electricity usage education and extensive inspection activities.

To ensure the safe and stable electricity use in the winter season, the company prepared a work plan in advance, optimized service methods and refined service.

The company organized personnel to intensify safety electricity inspections for important transformer stations involved in the "coal-to-electricity" upgrade. They conducted on-site inspections of electricity usage for greenhouses, improved service quality to support residents in staying warm during winter and ensured reliable electricity supply for agricultural production.

Simultaneously, the company has been promoting safety electricity knowledge through forms such as WeChat service groups and distribution of promotional materials, educating users on safety electricity common knowledge and emergency handling methods.

The company has established a rapid response mechanism and set up a 24-hour emergency repair hotline to promptly respond to and resolve faults.

In the next step, the company will continue to monitor electricity usage, intensify safety electricity awareness efforts, provide users with higher quality, convenient, and safe power supply services, and ensure safe electricity usage during the peak winter period.
