The highly anticipated Dubai Chocolate Bar is now available at The Mandarin Cake Shop on the second floor of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, located in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. Crafted by executive pastry chef Pu Siyuan, this luxurious chocolate brings a taste of Dubai's renowned dessert culture to the city.

While the Dubai Chocolate is named after the city where it originated, some social media users suggest that the concept predates the idea of British-Egyptian entrepreneur Sarah Hamouda, who is often credited with popularizing it.

Chef Pu, a distinguished pastry expert known for his innovative and high-quality creations, and his team have carefully designed and produced this signature chocolate bar as a special offering for the New Year.

The chocolate bar features a rich filling of pistachio and knafeh, a crunchy, shredded filo pastry. Together, these ingredients create a treat inspired by a classic Middle Eastern dessert. Not only is the Dubai Chocolate Bar a delight for the palate, but its vibrant, hand-painted designs also make it a visual masterpiece, elevating the experience to an art form.
